This is a UX Case Study of Catapult which sought to elevate its online ordering experience to match its artisanal dessert offerings. Initial research uncovered an opportunity to better serve customers wanting to discover and customize premium Italian desserts online.
My process combined qualitative insights from interviews and quantitative data from surveys. Testing highlighted specific usability issues to address. Iterating based on feedback led to a more intuitive site with greater conversion potential.

Design Principles
Throughout the website design process, I used accurate descriptions, customization options, flexible payments, high-quality visuals, and seamless checkout. Applying these user-validated principles crafted an experience as delightful as Catapult's delectable treats.
Conclusion
The redesigned website transformed Catapult's digital presence from functional to experiential. But this user-centered process was equally impactful. By embracing research, testing, and continuous improvements, we can continue crafting sweet experiences that resonate with dessert lovers.
This journey affirmed my passion for elevating UX through precision, care, and understanding. Just as Catapult delicately crafts each dessert, I aim to artfully orchestrate digital experiences that satisfy users' cravings.
